Have a question for anyone out there. Have a 75 hp mercury outboard on a rotting pontoon boat. Outboard has probably 50 hours of run time. Stopped running and at the time i couldn't afford to fix it.Its been sitting in my yard for about 7 years now, and was wondering if it would be worth trying to fix. Pretty vague question i know.

We have a mariner 15 1980 model I think? But last year December we changed the impeller and it was original paint on the lower unit. Also the Impeller was better shape than the one in the video.

When you repair a boat do you guys have to follow a compliance notice if you don’t know what it is in Canada we have a sticker on the boat that tells us how much people we can bring on the boat and max horse power of the engine.

Why do you power onto your trailer? That prop wash digs a hole in the bottom to drop your trailer into. Many places prohibit this. All should!
